This form collects all documentation required to register a commercial solar system in the VoltGuard 25-Year Service Program. A long-term repair and service framework designed to preserve the functionality and value of financed solar assets.

Once approved, the system will receive a VoltGuard Service Certificate and a unique VoltGuard Enrollment Number (VEN).
Coverage becomes active only after Permission to Operate (PTO) has been granted and verified.
